Common Questions

What if we already have a scorecard?
We can adapt your existing scorecard if the foundation is solid, or replace it entirely if it isn't. Either way, the calibration discipline is the bigger lift. Most programs we build keep 30-50% of the existing scorecard structure and replace the rest.
Do you need to be on our calls live?
We facilitate two calibration sessions live during the engagement (weeks 2 and 4). Outside of those, the work is done collaboratively in shared docs. Live facilitation is what makes calibration discipline stick.
How much team time does this require?
About 10-12 hours total across the four weeks. That covers the kickoff call, three working sessions, two live calibration meetings, and the train-the-trainer session at the end.
Can you score our calls for us after the engagement?
That's a separate ongoing engagement, not part of this build. Some clients pair this build with our ongoing advisory retainer for the first 90 days of running the program. Discuss on the discovery call.
