Who qualifies

The pilot is open to any business that fits our normal audit engagement profile. The discount doesn't change the criteria — if anything, it raises the bar because we're investing in the relationship.

You're a fit if

  • You're a B2B or B2C operation with 5–50 customer service agents
  • Annual revenue between $2M and $50M
  • You have a primary contact who can make a buying decision (or directly influence one)
  • You have at least 90 days of CSAT, NPS, or FCR data we can review
  • You're willing to be named in a published testimonial after delivery
  • You can return the data request within 5 business days of kickoff
  • Your leadership is aligned that customer service needs attention

Not a fit if

  • You require complete anonymity in any public reference
  • You're in a regulated industry that prohibits public endorsements
  • You have fewer than 5 CS agents or are pre-revenue
  • You're an enterprise with established CS leadership and ops teams
  • You're looking for implementation work, not a diagnostic

SOW signed, mutual NDA in place, $625 kickoff invoice paid. Engagement kickoff scheduled within 1–2 weeks.

3-week delivery

Full audit runs over three weeks. Final report and executive presentation delivered on schedule. $625 final invoice on delivery.

Pilot FAQ

Why are you doing this?

Two reasons. First, the productized engagement model is new and we want published, named outcomes before we ask the next prospect to take the leap. Second, the work is good — we'd rather give two pilots a discount than spend the same money on marketing that doesn't prove anything.

How is the work different from a full-price audit?

It isn't. Same scope, same deliverables, same timeline, same SOW. The discount comes out of our launch margin. The only difference is that we ask for a published testimonial at the end.

What if the audit doesn't go well? Are we obligated to give a positive testimonial?

No. You're under no obligation to publish anything you don't honestly believe. If the engagement doesn't land, we'll have a candid conversation about what went wrong and you can choose not to publish. We'd still want the candid feedback privately so we can improve.

Can the testimonial be anonymized?

Yes — though a named, attributed testimonial is more valuable to us and is the basis of the pilot offer. We'll accept anonymized industry-only testimonials but will be slightly more selective about which pilots we accept on those terms.

Is there a deadline to apply?

Once both pilot spots are filled, the offer closes. We expect to fill the spots within 30 days of launch. If you apply and aren't selected for a pilot, your full-price audit is still available at $2,500.

Does this apply to the QA Build or Training Build engagements?

Not in this round. We're piloting the Audit first because it's the entry-level productized engagement and the most representative of how we work. Once the audit pilots close, we may run similar pilots for the other engagements.
